Ingredients
- 1 box Plain Gluten Free Stuffing Cubes
 - 1 stick Butter
 - 2 cups Chicken Broth
 - 2 cups Celery diced
 - 2 cups Yellow Onion diced
 - 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped
 - 1 tbsp Fresh Thyme chopped
 - 1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary chopped
 - 1 tbsp Fresh Sage chopped
 - Salt and Pepper to taste
 
Optional Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Chopped Carrots
 - Dried Cranberries
 
Instructions
- 
Pre-heat the oven to 350°
 - 
In a large pan with deep sides melt the butter on medium/high heat. Add the celery, onions and herbs and sauté until soft. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
 - 
Turn off heat. Add in stuffing cubes and combine.
 - 
Add in the chicken broth, the stuffing cubes should be wet but not too wet. Transfer stuffing to baking dish.
 - 
Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
 - 
Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until top is golden brown.
 - 
Remove from oven, cover and set aside until ready to serve. Re-heat at 275° for 15-20 minutes if needed.
