At Heal Thyself Institute, every appointment is reserved specifically for you. Our scheduling policy is designed to respect both your time and the time of our practitioners, while allowing us to best serve all of our patients.
Purpose
Our goal is to provide exceptional, individualized care for every patient. Consistent attendance is key to progress, and cancellations made without notice prevent other patients from accessing care they may need.
Notice Requirements
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 business hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. If your appointment falls on a Monday, PLEASE call or text us over the weekend, we do check our messages.
Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may result in a charge equal to 50–100% of the appointment fee, depending on appointment type.
Patients with repeated missed appointments may be required to prepay for future visits or risk losing priority scheduling.
This ensures we can maintain availability for all patients who need care.

Exceptions
We understand that emergencies and illness happen. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend due to unexpected circumstances.
